01 Environment and equipment

Insured and compliant spaces

All courses and workshops take place exclusively in professional spaces that are properly insured and meet the required safety standards for group settings.

Each space is assessed and validated before welcoming student groups. Compliance with safety standards is non-negotiable.

Age-appropriate materials

Teaching materials and equipment are specifically selected to suit participants' age, size, and level. Regular inspections ensure safe usage at all times.

02 Responsibility and parental supervision

Before and after the session
« The responsibility of the Serclet team is strictly limited to the duration of the class or workshop. Parents or legal guardians retain full responsibility for supervising the child before class begins and immediately after it ends. »
Punctuality

Families are asked to drop off and pick up children at scheduled times. Staff cannot provide childcare or supervision outside programmed hours.

03 Civil liability insurance (Quebec)

Full coverage

Serclet maintains a valid, active civil liability insurance policy covering all offered activities.

Legal compliance

Coverage aligns with Quebec laws and regulations, protecting the organization, staff, and participants while ensuring all activities operate within a legal, secure framework.

Insurance certificate available upon request from administration.
