« We understand that unexpected events can occur and family circumstances can change. This policy aims to ensure a clear, fair and consistent framework for all families, while maintaining the pedagogical and organizational quality of Serclet programs. »
01 Cancellation before the session begins
Any cancellation made before the official start of the session entitles you to a full refund of fees paid.
A minimum of 14 days' notice before the session start date is required. This allows the organization to reorganize groups and offer the freed spot to families on waiting lists.
02 Cancellation at the start of the session
A flexibility period is provided at the beginning of the session to allow families to confirm that the program meets their child's needs.
« Any cancellation made during the first two weeks of class will result in a refund equal to 50% of the total session amount. »
The retained amount covers administrative fees and place reservation, generally non-reassignable once the session has begun.
03 Cancellation after the third week
« After the third week of classes, no refund will be granted, regardless of the reason for cancellation. »
Exceptions may be granted only in the following situations, with supporting documentation:
- Medical illness or injury preventing continuation of the activity (valid medical certificate required)
- Family relocation outside the service area (proof of address change required)
In these cases, the refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis for remaining classes.
04 Makeup class policy
Regularity supports the child's progress. However, we recognize that some absences may be unavoidable.
Makeup classes are not automatically guaranteed. They depend exclusively on available spots in other groups of a similar level.
If no availability exists, the makeup class cannot take place.
